About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at KIA NMC الشركة الأهلية للتسويق. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key customers.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets, managing a team of sales consultants to ensure they meet their individual targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently, and maintaining a strong reputation for KIA NMC الشركة الأهلية للتسويق.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness, and to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • University Degree
  • 6+ years' experience in sales, with 3 years' experience in a managerial role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including MS-Office
  • Advanced reporting and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of market situation
