About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at HRvisory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities for Engineered Stone products in the Saudi Arabian market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and interior designers in the territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting specified projects into sales
  • Maintain knowledge of international standards, specifications, application procedures, and market intelligence
  • Contribute to the expansion of the dealer network through channel sales

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in building materials
  • In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, with fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of geography and territories within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
