**Key Opportunity in Paediatric Plastic Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Plastic Surgery Consultant to join our dynamic team at one of Riyadh's top-tier leading hospitals in Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional care to children and paediatric patients in this specialized area of medicine, utilizing expertise to inform treatment plans.
  • Offer consultative services as needed, guiding fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents in their professional development.
  • Serve as a supervisor for fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents, contributing to their growth and success.
  • Pursue research activities, training, and teaching opportunities with residents and fellows in your field of expertise, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Contribute to various committees and administrative functions, ensuring efficient hospital operations and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform complex procedures as authorized, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with all hospital-related policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.

**Requirements

Education
  • Hold a medical degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating academic excellence and a strong foundation in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
  • Complete requisite training in plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as paediatric plastic & congenital reconstructive surgeries, developing advanced skills and knowledge.
  • Possess Saudi Arabian or American/European Board Certification or equivalent, ensuring expertise and competence in your field.
  • Enjoy membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent, indicating a high level of achievement and recognition.
  • Hold a certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission, meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Dataflow recognition is mandatory, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
Professional Experience
  • Achieve a minimum of 3-4 years of post-board/fellowship experience in Paediatric Plastic Surgery, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record of success.
  • Become a registered member of the Saudi Board Council, contributing to the advancement of the profession and the betterment of patient care.
Language Skills
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial, enhancing communication and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
