Job Overview

Black Pearl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a variety of surgical procedures to restore and enhance the appearance of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients to discuss their medical histories and provide them with the best surgical options.
  • Outline the risks and benefits associated with each surgery prior to the procedure.
  • Perform consultations with patients who require plastic surgery due to birth defects, injuries, or other conditions.
  • Prepare patients for surgical and nonsurgical procedures, including prescribing medication and providing aftercare advice.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments to monitor patients' healing and remove stitches.
  • Handle administrative duties, such as updating patient records and clinic policies.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Plastic Surgery role.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Meet the criteria for licensing at the consultant level with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
  • Understand and meet the criteria and standards developed by the Joint Commission International and appropriate standards for a hospital facility.
