About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer or Technician specializing in metal fabrication, machining, sheet metal work, and welding techniques. The trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lessons, workshops, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver theoretical and practical training in metal fabrication, machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and fastening techniques.
  • Design and implement hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
  • Maintain high teaching standards through peer reviews and observations.
  • Assess trainees' understanding and provide feedback to support learning.
  • Engage and motivate trainees to foster technical excellence and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of industry experience in metal fabrication, machining, sheet metal work, fastening, or welding.
  • Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Production Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified CNC Machinist (Siemens, Mastercam, FANUC).
  • Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees.
