In this role as Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with the approved architectural designs and plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.
You will work closely with the design team to resolve design discrepancies or modifications required during construction.
Requirements
- Degree educated, fully qualified Architect with 12 years post graduate working experience in KSA or GCC supervision role, preferably with a recognized global architectural consultancy.
- Previous experience of working as a Senior architect with detailed knowledge of post contract supervision role and responsibilities related to review of contractor's shop drawings, submittals and site inspection procedures coordinate with the client & PMC representing the company.
About You
- Working knowledge of Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, BIM.
- Experience of working on commercial / residential high rise / tall tower building projects.
