The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in managing and overseeing the construction and commissioning of overground stations, specifically within metro or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the construction of overground stations meets project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the design team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Report on project performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Assist in developing a highly motivated and performing team creating opportunities for the development of individuals.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role/project.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong technical writing and communications skills.
- Experience and familiarity with programs such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dialux Softea, Revit/BIM.
- General Competencies expected of all Professionals and Managers are Client Service, Commitment, Communication, Innovation & Continuous Improvement, Professionalism, Quality, and Teamwork.
