  • **Training and Development**:
    • Train merchandisers on company policies, merchandising techniques, and product knowledge, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their roles.
    • Continuously assess team needs for development and implement training programs to improve performance, driving business results and employee growth.
  • **Compliance and Standards**:
    • Ensure all displays and merchandising efforts comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized merchandising environment that aligns with the brand's image, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using merchandising software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
