CARE is seeking a skilled Multimedia Artist to join our team. As a multimedia artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that enhances our digital presence.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and video editing, with expertise in motion graphics and animations. You will play a key role in producing engaging video content, including motion graphics, animations, and video edits, to support marketing campaigns and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning graphics for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content ideas and execute them through visual designs and videos.
• Utilize video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to create high-quality video content for multiple platforms.
• Ensure that all designs and videos align with the brand guidelines and support the overall marketing strategy.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the storytelling of video projects.
• Work on a variety of projects including social media content, promotional videos, brand videos, advertisements, and more.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the visual quality of design work.
• Provide support for creative campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Edit raw video footage and create final polished video edits that are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure video and graphic content aligns with broader marketing strategies and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with expertise in video motion and editing.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing/motion graphics skills.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience in producing high-quality video content for social media, digital advertising, and websites.
• Creative thinker with the ability to bring new ideas to life through design and video.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
