Six Flags مدينة القدية is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical systems associated with rides and attractions within the park. This critical role ensures guest safety and satisfaction through effective mechanical operations and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the mechanical team
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of rides and attractions to ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety standards
  3. Perform complex mechanical repairs and maintenance on rides, ensuring adherence to industry best practices
  4. Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency
  5. Monitor and manage inventory of mechanical parts and tools required for operations, leveraging technology to optimize supply chain management
  6. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance activities, facilitating data-driven decision making
  7. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge in mechanical systems and safety protocols
  8. Serve as a point of contact for any mechanical issues or emergencies during operational hours, providing exceptional customer service
  9. Participate in ongoing safety training and contribute to creating a culture of safety-consciousness throughout the organization

  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements related to rides and attractions, applying this knowledge to drive business success

  5. Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the achievement of organizational goals
Requirements:Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in mechanical engineering or relevant certifications are highly preferred

Experience:

5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or engineering, specifically in the amusement park or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or team leader role

Skills:
  1. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems related to rides and attractions, including design, installation, and maintenance
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  4. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
  5. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in amusement parks, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  6. Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience leveraging technology to optimize operational efficiency
