About the Role
  • Develop and implement an inventory management strategy that balances stock levels, reduces holding costs, and ensures timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inventory planning with production scheduling, procurement, and logistics.
Main Responsibilities
  • Inventory Planning: Create and manage inventory plans that align with business objectives, taking into account forecasted demand, seasonality, and supplier lead times.
  • Stock Replenishment: Optimize stock replenishment strategies to minimize overstocking and understocking, ensuring accurate demand fulfillment and reduced inventory costs.
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and refine demand forecasts, incorporating historical data, market trends, and seasonal fluctuations to inform inventory decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory planning, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting.
  • BA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives through effective inventory management.
