Job Description
The Store Manager acts as the primary business owner, representing the brand and driving store performance to achieve overall goals. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience by being present on the sales floor and supporting all activities to meet store targets. The Store Manager leads and coaches the store team, fostering internal growth and succession planning.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and maximize revenue through effective business planning and execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and guarantee high client satisfaction and service.
