Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Mechanical System Design & Engineering
    • Develop and implement mechanical system designs for large-scale buildings and infrastructure projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless MEP coordination.
    • Supervise site installations, inspections, and testing & commissioning.
  2. Project Coordination & Execution
    • Work closely with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Attend coordination meetings with client representatives, consultants, and contractors.
    • Ensure compliance with project milestones, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
  3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
    • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  4. Quality Control & Documentation
    • Review and approve materials, method statements, and inspection/testing protocols.
    • Provide on-site technical support to resolve engineering issues.
    • Maintain adherence to project timelines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical building services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), HAP, Elite, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with KSA local authority standards and approvals.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
