Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated professional to work on complex projects with international PMC contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review project contractors' payment schedules and monitor cost control activities;
  • Develop cost breakdown structures as a basis for contractors' tender pricing;
  • Prepare and manage overall project budgets, coordinating cost update reports from multiple contractors;
  • Interface with internal and external organizations to review project scope and estimate basis;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a similar field (Master's degree preferred);
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in estimating and cost control;
  • Excellent knowledge of computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office applications;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Key Skills
  • Knowledge of international PMC contracts and cost management principles;
