Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Team Lead is a critical role that oversees the execution of warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate order processing, meeting customer expectations and adhering to quality guidelines.
  • Provide essential shift-related information to frontline management and team members.
  • Adjust labour allocation within the assigned department to meet operational needs.
  • Address common issues or needs across departments, such as process readiness, 5S, and training.
  • Support customers' order fulfillment by performing operations tasks within your department.
  • Deliver coaching and feedback to team members on productivity, quality performance, and safe behaviors.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and perform frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in inventory control and quality assurance in a dynamic environment.
