Financial Operations Specialist - AR

GAR is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Collections Analyst to handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve accounts receivables related queries received from customers. As a key member of the team, you will support Amazon's customers to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and drive monthly collection targets.

The successful individual is expected to be self-motivated, a quick learner, with strong ownership and ability to earn trust with our customers to facilitate timely payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding of Accounts Receivables process
  2. Flexibility to work night shifts
  3. Regular office presence required
  4. Follow-up with customers via emails and phone calls to ensure timely collection of payments for assigned portfolio
  5. Maintain detailed post correspondence update on accounts receivable records
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) to resolve customer disputes and queries
  7. Monitor high-risk accounts and ensure timely escalation of challenges to management
  8. Continually look at ways to improve the customer experience
  9. Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process
