We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Contracts Administrator II, responsible for managing the FMS contract, leading a team of contracts administrators, and ensuring compliance with U.S. government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contract Management: Manage the FMS contract, ensuring compliance with U.S. government regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, ITAR).
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise a small team of contracts administrators, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support FMS contract activities.
  3. Contract Negotiation and Execution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate and execute contract modifications, amendments, and other related agreements.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to FMS contracts.
  5. Financial Management: Oversee contract financial management activities, including invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
  6. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and foreign governments to facilitate effective communication and contract performance.
  7. Contract Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze contract performance metrics to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to optimize FMS contract management activities.
