Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Alfanar Group. As a Senior CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for efficiently generating CNC programs for punching and laser combination machines.

About the Role

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for machining electrical components based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools and ensure their proper setup in CNC machines.
  • Oversight of CNC machine operation, ensuring efficient production and high-quality components.
  • Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tool setups, and production runs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement process improvements in CNC machining operations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret design specifications.
  • Provide training to CNC machine operators on new programs, techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure all CNC machining activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in CNC programming and operation.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC turret punch press technology.
