We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Director to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding data to create accurate forecasting, adapting to a fast-paced environment, and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
In this role, you will own strategic, tactical, and cross-functional sourcing programs in external 3pl procurement, driving appropriate commercial relationships with suppliers and creating and executing strategic sourcing projects that support the teams' development of an end-to-end sourcing plan regionally. You will also influence suppliers' processes, technology decisions, and policies in ways that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of program or project management experience, as well as experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
