Job Overview:

  • Oversee the maintenance, safety, and general upkeep of our school's facilities.
  • Manage daily operations, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Facility Operations: Ensure the effective functioning of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage repairs. Coordinate with school leadership and external service providers for minor renovations or adjustments.
  • IT & Procurement Support: Collaborate with the IT department to ensure proper setup and availability of IT resources. Work with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of facility-related supplies and manage inventory.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain emergency response plans.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with school administration and staff to address facility needs. Provide operational support during school events and liaise with contractors and vendors.
