About the Role

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the security posture of our clients and protecting them from cyber threats. Your expertise and skills will be utilized to analyze and respond to security incidents, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide proactive security measures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze initial alerts to identify root causes and impacts.
  • Conduct initial stages of false positive and false negative analysis.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports from the SIEM platform for review by L2 SOC analysts.
  • Update incidents and requests based on client feedback and analysis results.
  • Evaluate validated incidents according to established escalation procedures.
  • Collect relevant logs to facilitate incident containment and security investigations.
  • Analyze incidents received through other reporting channels, such as management directions.
  • Analyze incidents triggered by correlated events within the SIEM solution.

Necessary Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience, including fresh graduates.
  3. Minimum two of the following certificates :
  4. Security+
  5. eLearnSecurity Certified Incident Responder
  6. EC-Council Certified Security Analyst
