Engineering Leader for Dairy Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Leader to join our client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Head of Engineering - DAIRY, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within the company's Dairy division.
About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient operation of the factory.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all factory equipment and machinery, ensuring they are operating at optimal levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in these areas.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology to drive innovation within the factory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 20 years of experience in a similar role, and not less than 10 in the Dairy industry (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
