Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Consultant to join our team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying client business requirements and recommending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Consulting: Conduct thorough business analysis and provide consulting services during implementation projects to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to consolidate and validate business requirements for process, policy, and information system changes.
  • Requirement Extraction: Extract requirements from project documentation and analysis meetings to ensure accurate understanding of client needs.
  • Functional Specifications: Develop and validate functional specifications documents and test scenarios to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with the implementation team to design technical solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Process Documentation: Create workflow charts and diagrams for business processes to facilitate understanding and improvement.
  • Business Modeling: Define workflows and business models using interviews and diagrams to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Training: Provide functional and administrative training to customers on implemented solutions to ensure successful adoption.
  • Product Development Support: Assist product development teams in developing and adapting features to meet specific client requirements.

Profile

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Education: A university degree in a technical or economic field is required.
  • Certifications: Business Analyst, Project Management, Process Analyst, ITIL, AGILE Methodology certifications are highly valued.
  • International Projects: Experience working on international projects is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ECM, DM, and reporting tools is advantageous.
  • MS Office: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to business users.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude are required.
  • Language: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is necessary.
