The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise to ensure plants are operating and maintained in optimal conditions, providing chilled water at design conditions in a continuous, safe, and efficient manner with all equipment and controls functioning at peak performance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Monitors equipment performance and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborates with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plant operations.
- Coordinates maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime and ensures compliance with safety standards.
- Maintains accurate records of plant operations and provides regular status reports to supervisors.
- Ensures data is collected, stored, and transferred accurately to support WERA requirements.
- Certificate/ITI/Diploma (Air conditioning, Operation Skill,) or relevant field.
- Total of 2-5 years of experience in the Relevant Industry, out of which 2 years at an Operator level.
- Basic engineering skills, experience in SCADA system, good knowledge in Safety standards, and knowledge in HVAC systems and equipment such as Chillers, cooling tower and pumps etc.
