  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training delivery, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation data, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

Requirements

To succeed as a Training Consultant, you will require:

Knowledge:

  • A bachelor's degree in training and development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in Training Practice (CTP), CIPD, TOT, or equivalent.
  • High computer literacy, with expertise in MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience delivering corporate training, with a track record of successful program implementation.
  • Expertise in curriculum development and upgrading learning materials, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or CRM platforms, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.
  • A strong background in face-to-face and online training delivery, with excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse groups.
