- Transcription and Editing: Transcribe handwritten materials and dictation, and edit and proofread work product to ensure quality.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and maintain attorneys' calendars, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
- Client and Meeting Coordination: Coordinate arrangements for client and non-client meetings, including conference room reservations, multimedia, and meals.
- Client Database Management: Maintain names, addresses, telephone numbers, and other pertinent information in our client contact database program.
- Telephone and Messaging: Answer attorney's/paralegal's telephones, take and relay messages, and arrange for video conferencing and teleconference calls.
- Matter Management: Prepare matter opening, conflict checks, and arrange for matter closings, and coordinate with Support Services for file retrieval and maintenance.
- Time Sheet Management: Input, review, edit, and close attorney/paralegal time sheets on a timely basis, and arrange for necessary transfers with the Billing Specialist.
- Mail and Filing: Open and sort mail as required, except mail that is marked Personal or Confidential.
We are looking for someone with longevity on their CV and a proven track record as a Legal Secretary with an international law firm in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic, professional, and have excellent communication skills.
