About the Position

We are seeking a talented Pharmacist to join our team at Nahdi. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications.
  • Consult with patients on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with pharmacy staff to optimize workflows and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of pharmacy operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.

  • Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Current registration as a Pharmacist in the country of practice.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
