We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our Fashion marketplace team. In this role, you will drive growth by managing key accounts, expanding product offerings, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive Marketplace Growth: Manage partnerships with brands and distributors to drive month-on-month growth, addressing listing gaps, price discrepancies, and inventory issues while strengthening relationships through Joint Business Plans and in-person meetings.
- Enhance Category Growth: Expand product offerings and ensure a competitive edge over online and offline competitors, regularly benchmarking top brands and categories to optimize assortment discussions.
- Improve Shopping Experience: Ensure best-in-class customer experience through compelling category assortment, strong site merchandising, world-class Product Detail Pages (PDPs), inspiring content, and excellent knowledge of consumer journeys.
- Onboard New Partners & Brands: Identify, negotiate, and onboard partners that add value to the platform and plug existing gaps.
- Inventory Planning & Management: Ensure top products and brands are always in stock, minimize out-of-stock situations, and improve customer experience and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
- Monetization: Build alternative revenue streams through multiple avenues from brands - onsite brand marketing, brand ads, innovative digital campaigns, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Experience: 3-5 years in e-commerce, retail, or account management roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-suite.
- Multitasking & Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to make decisions and drive results.
- Negotiation & Presentation: Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and presenting ideas.
- Education: MBA is preferable.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical acumen and experience with reporting. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Arabic Speakers are preferable.
