Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to women at all stages of life, overseeing pregnancy care, performing gynecological surgeries, and managing reproductive health issues. As a leader in the field, you will contribute to the hospital's commitment to delivering exceptional care to women while also supporting education, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetrics/gynecology care to patients, including routine check-ups, prenatal care, and delivery services.

• Offer consultative services as requested by patients, healthcare professionals, or other stakeholders.

• Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents, ensuring they receive adequate training and support.

• Participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in your area of expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices.

• Contribute to research activities, helping to advance knowledge and improve patient outcomes.

• Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed, promoting collaboration and effective communication within the team.

• Perform special procedures as privileged, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

• Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

Education

• Graduate from a reputable medical school.
• Completion of required postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as US Board, MRCPCH, or equivalent, recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
