HSE Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Engineer to join our team at Hudson Manpower. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HSE Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HSE policies to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments at oil and gas sites to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Safety Audits: Perform regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Incident Management: Lead investigations of incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Training: Deliver HSE training to staff and contractors to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • NEBOSH certification
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
