Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mini Bar Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all mini bar areas, as well as maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use, and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
