Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our attractions and entertainment sector team in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the overall planning of construction activities, identifying critical milestones and priorities, determining budget estimates and staffing requirements, ensuring the availability of subcontractors and major construction equipment, establishing assignments for Construction Superintendents, monitoring progress, recommending corrective action, conducting performance evaluations, managing manpower, materials, and equipment, anticipating and resolving problems, ensuring critical milestones are met, ensuring sound construction practices, preparing periodic reports, and implementing Company and client policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • 15+ years of related experience on large scale projects/programs in the Entertainment sector.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with third-party design consultants, contractors, and vendors, interface and coordinate project performance with other disciplines, interpret and deliver client's vision.
  • A track record with PMC and Main Contractors would be a suitable background.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
