Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing timely support and solutions to their queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner;
  • Sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty;
  • Working closely with sales teams to develop the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and opportunities;
  • Managing the sales funnel, tracking the progress of leads and opportunities to ensure effective sales processes;
  • Identifying and creating upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and increase revenue;
  • Handling account activation, onboarding, and maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences;
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate customer information in CRM systems;
  • Staying updated with product knowledge to address customer queries and provide accurate information effectively;
  • Achieving daily targets for calls, listings collection, push meetings, and meetings authentication to ensure productivity and goal attainment;
  • Initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in operations, communications, business administration, or a related field;
  • (1-2) years of account management experience, preferably in a call centre environment;
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, demonstrating excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills;
  • An excellent command of English and Arabic (verbal and written);
  • A good knowledge of the real estate industry;
  • Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems and solutions;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • The ability to follow scripts and adapt to changing situations;
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals to close sales.
