About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, ebooks, white papers, infographics, videos, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Content Calendar Management: Create and manage a content calendar that ensures timely publication and distribution of content across all channels.
  • Arabic Content Translation Management: Manage the translation process for all content into Arabic, ensuring quality control of translations and maintaining a consistent Arabic brand voice and style.
  • Content Optimization & Localization: Adapt and localize content for the Arabic-speaking market, considering cultural nuances, language preferences, and regional trends.
  • Channel Management & Distribution: Manage content distribution across various channels, including the company website, blog, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, social media reach, and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Head of Content, Content Strategist, writers, designers, translators, and other team members to ensure smooth content creation and distribution workflows.
  • Content Asset Management: Organize and maintain a content library, ensuring easy access to all content assets, including original files, translations, and related materials.

Requirements:

  • Arabic Content Writing: 3-5 years of experience in content writing for digital and software companies in Arabic, while having a good grasp of the English language to ensure both English and Arabic content maintain high quality.
  • Strong Content Strategy & Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategies, aligning them with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills: Excellent command of the Arabic language with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Digital Expertise: Experience in launching and managing website content, with a basic understanding of SEO content to gain organic traffic at scale.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to track, measure, and report on content performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management & Leadership: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead and mentor a team of content creators.
