Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the service operations of Microsoft infrastructure, including Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft infrastructure components.
  • Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, Group Policy configuration, security, and access control.
  • Evaluate the operational health of the infrastructure, focusing on security, availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to maintain overall service stability.
  • Track license and service renewals to prevent disruptions.
  • Implement and maintain security policies using Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to system performance and service availability.
  • Solve complex integration issues and provide solutions for service improvements.
  • Manage Exchange services, including mailbox administration, archiving, and performance tuning.
  • Maintain regular patch management and system updates for Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
  • Operate and maintain ManageEngine products, including ADManager, ADAudit, ADSelfService Plus, Exchange Reporter Plus, and Endpoint Central.
  • Document system integrations and perform necessary updates and repairs.
  • Support IT projects and be available to travel between branches and sites as required by management.
