Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant engineering tools
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, building codes, and industry standards

Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, parts, and services for manufacturing.
Maintenance and Reliability
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Failure Analysis: Investigate mechanical failures to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Repair Support: Provide technical support for the repair of mechanical systems, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.
