- Develop and manage the companys annual budget ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Secure funding and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.

- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience as a CEO senior executive or in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Excellent financial and operational management abilities.
- Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Track record of driving organizational growth and achieving results.
