To develop and maintain relationships with internal & external financial community with the objective to enable the market to understand Almarai and facilitate investment decisions of Almarai shares.

Strategic Communication:

Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively present the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to investors and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations, speeches, and reports for earnings calls, investor meetings, and shareholder events.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and investors, analysts, and the financial community.
Investor Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key financial stakeholders.
Proactively engage with investors to provide updates on business strategy, operational performance, and market conditions.
Address investor inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Oversee the preparation and dissemination of the company's financial reports, including quarterly and annual earnings releases, SEC filings, and investor presentations.

Advise senior management on potential issues, risks, or opportunities related to market conditions and investor perceptions.
Earnings and Annual Reports:

Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings reports, press releases, and related investor communications.
Ensure that the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations and governance standards in investor communication.
Crisis Communication and Reputation Management:

Develop and manage crisis communication strategies related to financial performance, shareholder concerns, or company reputation.
Respond to sensitive or urgent issues from investors and analysts, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
Protect the company's image and ensure that investor confidence is maintained during periods of uncertainty or volatility.

Desired candidate profile

Excellent and persuasive communication skills (reading, writing, presentation).
Financial acumen for analytical insights into financials and understanding of markets and strategies.
Relationship building and management skills.
Regulatory knowledge.
knowledge of Bloomberg terminal uses for data gathering.
Holding Ifsah certificate.
Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience on above.
Technical Skills:

Strong financial acumen, with deep knowledge of financial reporting, valuation models, and investment strategies.
Proficient in financial analysis, data interpretation, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and governance standards related to investor relations (e.g., SEC regulations).
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to address investor concerns and adapt strategies based on feedback.
Behavioral Traits:

High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial and corporate information.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle crises or sensitive issues effectively.
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and investor concerns.
