  • Conduct thorough site inspections of landscape architectural projects throughout Riyadh and surrounding areas
  • Review and analyze landscape design plans specifications and construction documents for compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports identifying any issues or areas of noncompliance
  • Collaborate with architects contractors and project managers to resolve design and constructionrelated concerns
  • Evaluate the use of sustainable landscape practices and recommend improvements where necessary
  • Utilize CAD software and GIS systems to assess and document landscape designs
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of local building codes zoning regulations and environmental standards
  • Provide expert advice on landscape architecture principles and best practices to project stakeholders
  • Participate in project meetings and present findings to clients and team members

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Architecture or a related field
  • Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience in conducting site inspections and evaluations
  • Strong knowledge of landscape architecture principles and practices
  • Proficiency in CAD software and GIS systems
  • Thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to read and interpret architectural plans
  • Knowledge of sustainable landscape design practices
  • Familiarity with local flora and environmental conditions in Saudi Arabia
  • Willingness to work in various outdoor environments in Riyadh
  • Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
