- Complete billing requirements for the distribution centre as requested and new customers
- Establish KPI data measurements
- Analyse operations data, P&L Reports and identify non-compliance and over performance to LSA/KPI and opportunity for business improvements across all sites
- Monitor and perform random audit on preventive actions taken
- Produce a daily dashboard of KPIs for each section of the DC operations
- Produce accurate internal and external reports as requested
