Responsible for ensuring all PMO and risk management services within assigned Hub(s) are fully aligned with best practice and international ISO standards and is reflected in all control centre.
Acts as a role model and mentor to others.
Provides expert advice and support to all projects within their Hub and additional support to other hubs as/when required.
Partners with clients exceeding their expectations and building strong professional relationships.
Acts as the PMO and project controls subject matter expert within assigned Hub/territory.
Leads and directs the delivery of all technical PMO and project controls services within assigned Hub/s including all aspects of Digital Services.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
1. Strategic Leadership in Project Control
Vision and Strategy: Develop the overall strategy for project controls and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and project goals.
Framework Implementation: Establish and enforce the standards, methodologies, and processes for project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring.
Project Direction: Provide leadership and guidance to the project control team and ensure that project controls are being effectively implemented across multiple projects.
2. Project Planning and Scheduling
Schedule Development: Oversee the development of detailed project schedules, ensuring that project timelines align with milestones, deadlines, and resource availability.
Timeline Monitoring: Monitor the progress of projects and update schedules based on changing requirements, delays, and emerging challenges.
Critical Path Management: Identify key activities that are critical to project completion and ensure that they stay on track.
3. Cost Management and Budget Oversight
Budget Planning: Oversee the development of detailed project budgets, ensuring that costs are estimated accurately and that contingency plans are included.
Cost Control: Monitor project expenses against the budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and identifying areas for cost savings.
Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting any cost variances or financial risks.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to update them on project status, timelines, and budget performance.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project controls, addressing concerns and ensuring transparency.

Technology Integration and Innovation
Software and Tools: Oversee the integration and use of project control software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, CostOS) to track and manage projects.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project control processes, utilizing new tools, technologies, or methodologies to enhance project performance.
Data Analytics: Use data analytics and reporting tools to derive actionable insights from project data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

Experience in motivating teams, setting clear goals, and providing strategic direction.
Project Management Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance monitoring.
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Financial and Budgeting:
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Ability to monitor and report on financial performance, identifying variances and potential risks.
Risk Management:
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all aspects of project controls.
Experience in developing risk management strategies and contingency plans.
