Technical Trainer

We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer to join the training department in the Central Processing Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver Engineering & Maintenance related trainings to our engineering staffs and to ensure that all training requirements of male employees are met in accordance to the business needs in conformance to the overall Corporate Training objectives. To ensure that all training requirements of Saudi male employees are met in accordance to the business needs in conformance to the overall Corporate Training objectives.
Training Program Development:

Design, develop, and implement training programs that cater to the technical needs of employees or clients.
Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises, tailored to the specific technical skills required.
Develop and regularly update training content to keep it relevant with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Create detailed lesson plans and schedules for training sessions, ensuring that all key technical topics are covered effectively.
Conducting Training Sessions:

Lead and deliver technical training sessions to employees, clients, or other stakeholders.
Tailor the training delivery to different learning styles, ensuring that participants understand complex technical concepts.
Use various teaching methods, such as lectures, hands-on practice, demonstrations, and multimedia resources, to engage trainees.
Provide one-on-one or group instruction to address specific technical challenges faced by participants.
Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from trainees and management.
Develop and administer tests or assessments to gauge participants' understanding of the material covered.
Monitor trainee progress, providing additional guidance or resources where needed.
Analyze results of assessments to identify areas for improvement and refine training programs.
Technical Support and Consultation:

Provide technical support during and after training sessions to address any questions or concerns from trainees.
Act as a technical consultant to provide ongoing support to trainees as they apply new skills in the workplace.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues encountered by trainees during training or post-training applications.
Offer follow-up sessions or consultations to reinforce learning and help trainees overcome obstacles.
Training Materials and Resource Management:

Create and maintain a library of technical training resources, including guides, tutorials, and videos.
Ensure that training materials are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Continuously improve training resources based on feedback, technological advancements, and industry standards.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
3 years of experience in providing Engineering & Maintenance related trainings
Knowledge in MS suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Strong technical knowledge in the relevant field, with a thorough understanding of the tools, systems, or software being taught.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to design and develop effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive content.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, virtual classrooms).
Skilled in using multimedia tools and other technologies to enhance learning experiences (e.g., videos, simulations, interactive tutorials).
Soft Skills:

Patience and the ability to provide clear, step-by-step instructions to learners with varying levels of technical expertise.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with trainees, subject matter experts, and other departments.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to help learners overcome technical challenges.
Adaptability, with the ability to adjust training methods and content based on the needs of the audience.
Attention to detail in designing and delivering training content to ensure clarity and accuracy.
