  • Conduct regular cost audits and implement cost control measures
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations
  • Provide expert advice on costrelated matters to project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and consultants
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management processes and systems
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices in cost management

Qualifications :

  • RICS accredited quantity surveying degree
  • MRICS accreditation or actively working towards it
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar cost management role
  • Strong financial management skills and knowledge of cost estimation techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience with constructionspecific software such as CATO CostX and Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with current forms of contract (e.g. SBCC NEC)
  • Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving project objectives
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
