Position: Inspector Faade

Location: Riyadh KSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of faade systems ensuring compliance with design specifications safety standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers architects and contractors to address and resolve faaderelated issues during construction.
• Review shop drawings materials and samples to ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation highlighting findings recommendations and corrective actions.
• Monitor installation processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Conduct site visits and audits providing guidance and support to construction teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends new materials and best practices in faade technology.

Experiences and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in faade inspection with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and standards related to faade systems.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and techniques specific to faade evaluation.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
