Job Summary

The Patriot Launcher Welding Technician is a specialized role supporting the maintenance and sustainment of Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) systems through expert welding and metal fabrication work. This position involves performing a variety of welding techniques including tin electric and oxyacetylene welding to repair and fabricate components. The technician is skilled in cutting and welding various materials such as steel iron copper aluminum and stainless steel ensuring all work meets operational standards and requirements.

Key responsibilities include removing installing and cleaning radiators and their components performing radiator discharging and using acid solutions to clean parts thoroughly. The technician isolates faults at the component level and utilizes hand tools to fabricate and repair metal parts. Adherence to occupational safety procedures within the workshop is a critical aspect of this role ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Additionally the technician participates in OntheJob Training (OJT) initiatives to share expertise train others in critical shop tasks and support skill development within the team. Other related tasks in the field of welding and metal fabrication may also be performed as required. This position requires technical expertise precision and a strong commitment to safety and excellence in welding and fabrication work to support the operational readiness of RSADF systems.

This position is based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Do

• Implement welding works whether its Tin Electricity or Oxycillin.
• Cut and weld all kinds of rods and pipes whether its steel iron copper aluminum or

stainless steel.

• Remove install and clean radiator and its parts.
• Perform radiator discharging and component cleaning.
• Use acid solution to clean component.
• Check radiators and fault isolate down to component level.
• Perform metal fabrication including the use of hand tools for cutting metal.
• Train others in critical shop tasks.
• Adhere to occupational safety procedures inside the workshops.
• Participate in OntheJob Training (OJT) when needed
• Perform other required work in the same field.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Associate degree in related field.
• A minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel and Power Point).
