Key Responsibilities

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
6+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles
Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in digital product management tools and analytics platforms
Product Management Expertise: Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean.
Customer Focus: Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track product performance and inform decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to deliver high-quality products.
