**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor IT governance policies and procedures.
- Assess technology risks and controls, designing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 38500) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS).
- Lead technology audits, compliance assessments, and remediation initiatives.
- Promote governance standards and best practices across business units.
- Drive culture change and process improvements within the organization.

**Stakeholders**:

- Proven ability to lead audits and compliance projects.
- Up-to-date with emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices in governance, risk, and
- compliance.

**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in technology governance, IT audit, risk management, or compliance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and control evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior leadership and
- A minimum of 9 years of experience
