**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and cold brew, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, ensuring all equipment is in working order and all supplies are stocked.
- Monitor the quality of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients, ensuring freshness and adherence to our quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest coffee trends and techniques, continuously expanding your knowledge of specialty coffee.
- Collaborate effectively with other baristas and coffee bar staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.

**Qualifications**:

- Will be ready and available to start by Q4 2024
- Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)
- Previous experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop, is preferred but not required.
- Strong coffee brewing skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Understanding of coffee origins, roast levels, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼2,300.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
