**Job Description**:

- **Develop and Execute Sales Strategies**:

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Focus on event and banquet sales to maximize profitability.**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop action plans to address sales challenges and achieve goals.**Event Coordination Support**:

- Collaborate with the events and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Ensure all client requirements for events and banquets are met.**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and contracts.**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.**Promoting Hotel Services**:

- Actively promote the hotel’s services, packages, and facilities to potential clients.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.**Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Ensure all agreements align with the hotel's policies and standards.**Customer Feedback and Improvements**:

- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Propose enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.
