SECTION I: JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for converting business architectures to fully integrated digital platforms as per ITFC's digital strategy. The Senior Manager will work collaboratively to identify, develop, and deploy innovative technologies to enhance ITFC's digital footprint. Also, develop solutions through conceptualization and proof-of-work based on emerging financial technologies as per ITFC strategy and requirements.SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, incubate, and launch a variety of technology-based product pilots with a focus on competitive advantage and digital innovation.
- Ensure pilot tests are set up properly and executed flawlessly. Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to drive alignment and momentum.
- Work closely with T&DB to understand new business opportunities and design appropriate solutions.
- Support strong partnerships with external innovation partners and other stakeholders.
- Explore new digital products that could measure, analyze and drive ITFC to new solutions.
- Act as technology and innovation lead, providing architecture and technology oversight and guidance.
- Manage external partnerships - contractors and third-party technology vendors
- Participate in new business opportunities with T&DB Department as required, and develop proposals and scopes of work as required.
- Create an innovation approach with the appropriate processes, tools, and metrics to support new growth opportunities.
- Support the design and successful implementation of financial technology solutions based on business requirements.
- Partner with platform service functions and other business units to create differentiated value propositions by leveraging the complete portfolio of ITFC IT tools, solutions, and services
- Monitor and improve the execution and effectiveness of digitalization programs.
- Manage the process of collaboration with other departments and start-ups to pilot and implement technologies through to the partnership stage
- Maintaining an understanding of technology advancements, evolutions, and innovations taking place in the Financial Services Providers space.
- Work with other D&OE teams in the preparation of partnerships involving Digital Financial solutions including the co-development and presentation of proposals to the management.

SECTION IV: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, ICT-related field

Language Skills
- English is compulsory
- Arabic is preferable
